Despite countless hours of project delivery and seemingly endless reviews, defects still find their way into production releases. A big part of the answer is a lack of understanding of software testing, and consequently inadequate testing processes and procedures.
Our quality assurance work spans two phases. The “Think” phase is test consulting — strategy, frameworks, coverage decisions. The “Execute” phase is the implementation and solutions side of testing.
